At NxtWave, we believe in providing accessible and effective support. We’ve established several convenient touchpoints to ensure student can always find the right help for their queries. Student learning experience is our top priority! Our Primary Support Channels:
  1. Chat Support (Highly Recommended for Quick Assistance!):
    • This is the student’s go-to for the fastest possible help! It’s designed to connect students directly with our support team for efficient resolution of their queries.
    • Where to find it: Just look for the β€œHelp” icon, usually located at the bottom-right corner of the student learning portal. One click, and they’re connected!
  2. Success Coach:
    • Your personal guide on your learning journey! Success Coaches are here to provide personalized guidance and help with your learning-related concerns and progress.
    • Availability: They are available during business hours from Friday to Wednesday, between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM IST. On Sundays, they are available from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. (Please note that Thursdays are their weekly off, so they won’t be available on that day.)
    • Assignment: A Success Coach will typically be assigned to you within 3 to 4 weeks from the date you gain access to your learning portal.
