1. Overview
The Pause Learning feature offers you the flexibility to take a temporary break from your course schedule without losing progress. While paused, no new sessions will unlock, and once you resume, your learning will continue from where you left off.2. Purpose and Intent
- Support students during busy periods (exams, health, travel, etc.).
- Prevent session backlog.
- Promote a stress-free and structured learning experience.
3. How It Works
3.1 Accessing Pause Learning
- Go to your Profile Menu (bottom-left of the portal).
- Select “Pause Learning”.
- Choose future full weeks you’d like to pause using the calendar view.
- Provide a reason (Exams, Health, Travel, etc.).
- Confirm the pause duration.
3.2 During the Pause
- No new sessions will unlock.
- You retain access to all previously unlocked sessions.
- Your course end date will automatically extend by the number of days paused.
E.g., if your course ends on March 15th, and you pause for 10 days, the new expiry will be March 25th.
3.3 Canceling Pause
- You can cancel the pause early anytime.
- Navigate to Profile → Cancel Pause to resume learning.
- New sessions will begin unlocking from the cancellation day.
3.4 Automatic Resume
- If you don’t cancel the pause manually, your schedule will automatically resume from the date you selected earlier.
4. Where and When Can I Use Pause?
- You can only pause full upcoming weeks (e.g., Mon–Sun).
- Current week pause is not allowed.
- Pause usage is limited to 12 total weeks per calendar year.
